I am passionate about innovation and business growth. I have spent over 25 years helping entrepreneurs grow their companies, and growing my own. Along the way, I have been part of some amazing teams. I have learned that the magic happens when great innovative ideas meet leadership, strategy, teams and funding. I am a former venture capitalist and Kauffman Fellow at Austin Ventures, one of the leading VC funds in the U.S. I have also been an executive at some amazing high-growth companies.
